Our philosophy can be summed up in four words, “ IT'S ABOUT THE CHILDREN” . Although we are excited about the recent media exposure, and commitments from major organizations such as the NFL to get involved in the league, we will never waiver in our commitment to keep this league fun for the children. If we're keeping smiles on the faces of our children, while having them still maintain their competitive spirits, we have done a great job.

The participating Coaches will be educated to conform to this philosophy, or they will not be part of the program. Although we are all competitors, it is imperative that these youngsters learn that it is less about wins and losses, and more about learning to live with wins and losses. Our children must learn that defeat is not a measure of failure, but is a part of life.
